Dear New and Current PCHS Band Members,

We are excited to welcome you as a new member or welcome you back as a returning member of the Paulding County High School “Pride of Paulding” for the 2024-2025 school year.  We have an exciting year planned and are excited for the possibilities of a new year and continuing to uphold the tradition of excellence that has been established by the band at Paulding County High School.  Please make sure to click the link above and fill out the registration form. 

 

Band Placement Auditions for all winds and percussionists will take place during your current band class at PCHS or at your middle school.  Drumline and Front Ensemble auditions will take place April 22, 23, 24, and 25 from 4:00-6:00 PM at PCHS.  Color Guard auditions will take place April 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 from 4:00-6:00 PM at PCHS.

May Band Booster Meeting and Band Sign Up Night- There is a mandatory meeting for all band students and parents who will be part of the 2024-2025 band program. Monday, May 13 at 6:00 PM in the PCHS Auditorium. All students must bring at least one parent to the meeting.

​

At this meeting we will cover all the important information concerning marching band and concert band participation for the upcoming school year.  Topics will include band policies, related fees, band calendar, communication, and the show reveal for the 2024 season.  Please bring the required forms completed and signed to help speed up the process.  Forms can be accessed below by clicking "Required Forms" below.

Marching Band members for 2024-2025 will be required to sign a contract and are asked to pay the first payment installment before the end of the school year.  This can be completed at the May 13 info meeting.  If you are a returning member and have an active balance, please contact our booster club to resolve any outstanding fees.
